    Spinal Manipulative Therapy (SMT)

SMT is when the chiropractor uses force to move the joints. Sometimes a "crack" or "pop" sound may be heard during the manipulation. SMT is designed to alleviate pressure on the joint in order to restore mobility and reduce inflammation as well as improve nerve conduction. It is often used to treat back, neck, shoulder, and headache pain.

    Acupuncture

Acupuncture is when small needle filaments are inserted into muscles and joints. It is designed to improve blood flow to the injured area in order to promote healing and decrease pain.

    Webster Technique

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment. It is specifically useful for correcting pelvic imbalances during pregnancy. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce low back and pelvic pain.

    Muscle Release Therapy (MRT)

MRT is where pressure and stretch are applied to the muscles in order to release tension. It is designed to improve mobility and function of muscles and joints.

    Smart Tools

Smart Tools is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM) where the chiropractor uses a stainless steel tool with a smooth edge to release muscle tissue and fascial adhesion. It is designed to improve mobility and function of the muscles and joints.

    Kinesiology Taping

Taping can be used to improve blood flow, reduce inflammation and bruising and add support to the injured joint or muscle.

    Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise is where the chiropractor will prescribe postural strengthening, mobility exercise and stretching to aid in correcting the faulty movement pattern that is causing pain and dysfunction.

    Active Release

ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.

    Shockwave Therapy
